The nitty-gritty

These portraits require 4-6 weeks turn around time. This is based on how many custom pieces I am creating at the time of inquiry. If you have a specific date in mind, let me know, and I can see if I can accomodate. I am a one woman show, and I like to put the time, love and effort into every single custom portrait I create ♥.

The painting does not come with frame or mat. You are receiving the house portrait on cold pressed watercolour paper.

Once your order has been recieved, I will reach out via e-mail to collect the imagery, send payment information as well as go over any other details or requirements needed to complete the portrait.

**REMINDER** Due to the nature of creating custom artwork, payment is due 100%* in full before custom work will be started. Once I receive this form, I will contact you to arrange payment, get the image for the piece and work out any additional information required. As much as Sam would love to hang your family home of 1234 Main Street in her hall, it is indeed very much custom and created for YOU to display or gift.
